Volume of the Box = Length × Breadth × Height

                              = 12 × 10 ×12

                               = 1440 cubic inches

Dimension of the cookie box  4 in by 5 in by 3 inches.

Volume of Cookie box = 4 ×5×3

                                     =60 cubic inches

Number of cookie box that will fit inside the box in which cookies will be shipped =$\frac{1440}{60}=24$
