Further explanation

John James Marshall (September 24, 1755 - July 6, 1835) was the Chair of the Fourth United States Justice (1801-1835). Previously, Marshall became the leader of the Federal Party in Virginia and was approved in the US House of Representatives from 1799 to 1800. He was Secretary of State under President John Adams from 1800 to 1801.

James Madison agreed in Port Conway, Virginia, on March 16, 1751. He studied literature, philosophy, theology and the foundations of government at the University now known as Princeton University, New Jersey.

Because of his role in drafting and adopting the United States Constitution, James Madison is referred to as "the Father of the Constitution". During the meeting to discuss the constitution that was taking place, every day James Madison made important notes about the convention's activities.

At the beginning of his presidency, he was confronted with a dispute with Britain, where Britain held American ships trading with France. Britain also refused to recognize the citizenship of US sailors and arm Indians who attacked the Western United States border.
