alcohol is the worst way to drown all your stress away. unlike drugs, alcohol destroys your liver and will slowly kill you. many times when people get drunk they hit and hurt people without realizing it. not to mention the huge hang-over when they wake up the next morning. alcohol will harm the human body worse then drugs since it hurts you from the inside then out.
