Even when people are aware that individuals generally think in a biased way, they tend to think that they are unlikely to fall prey to those biases. This kind of bias is called bias blind spot

Explanation:

The bias blind spot is a type of technique of cognitive bias which helps in recognizing and understanding the impact of biases on the judgment of other people , while it fail's to see the impact of biases on one's own judgment.

For Example: A person is always finding fault in the way other people are working but fails to see his own mistakes

So ,Even when people are aware that individuals generally think in a biased way, they tend to think that they are unlikely to fall prey to those biases. This kind of bias is called bias blind spot

In the hierarchy of the new government system established, which class was the lowest class?
MrRa [10]

'Vassals were the lowest class in the newly established government system's hierarchy.

What is hierarchy?

A hierarchy is an arrangement of items (objects, names, values, categories, and so on). Hierarchy is a key concept in many disciplines, including architecture, philosophy, design, mathematics, computer science, organizational theory, systems theory, systematic biology, and social sciences.

A hierarchy can connect entities directly or indirectly, and it can connect entities vertically or diagonally. In a hierarchical system, the only direct links are to one's immediate superior or to one of one's subordinates, though a largely hierarchical system can also incorporate alternative hierarchies. Hierarchical links can extend "vertically" upwards or downwards by following a path with multiple links in the same direction.

do you think that japan would have become an imperialist power if it had not modernized? why or why not?
arlik [135]
This is an interesting question. It's possible that Japan would have become an imperialistic power because before the starting of the World War Two, Japan already had started showing the same behavior towards other weaker countries as did other nations who were imperialistic.

How do you think your graduate educational experience will be different from your undergraduate experience? How would you descri
Svetlanka [38]

Answer:

My graduate educational experience will be very different from my undergraduate educational experience, because in my undergraduate studies, i learn mostly under an academic environment, where we only learn by experimenting and researching. Example Thermodynamics experimental analysis. But in my graduate education, we learn mostly on the job, by practicing and memorizing the best practices. Example Using heat exchangers in a flow station.

A graduate learning community is a class of people who has learnt about a problem and a solution from the undergraduate level, and now applying the solution to solve the problem. Example NASA, Chevron, ExxonMobil, .....etc.

The key component of a graduate learning community is that, learning is by practical experiences. Example, an operator in a control room. While in undergraduate learning community, the key component is experimental experiences and research. Example are our assignment and project work.

Collaboration and communication in a graduate learning community and undergraduate learning community are not the same. Because in a graduate learning community, communication are always official. Example mailing your manager or colleague. But in an undergraduate learning community, communication are always social and informal. Example, dropping a note for your classmates.
