The population of the dart frogs, and other species that eat the dart frogs will drop. The dart frogs will have a virus, but soon the other animals who eat the dart frogs will drop too because their food is going down.
If the poisonous toad population falls due to a virus, an environmental imbalance is likely to occur. The population of insects that are consumed by this type of frog would rise, being able to turn a plague in the environment and can bring problems to the human being. Similarly, animals that feed on this toad would have difficulty finding food, causing problems for the species and possibly the environment.
