Hey There!
How are you doing? I am currently studying for my Drivers Permit, so I have an idea about this. When you approach a curve, you should always enter it at at about 20 miles per hour, and go less as the approach the tighter section of the curve. In this case, he should slow down, but not jam the breaks, as theirs people behind him/her. so, slowing down slowly, and maintaining your car would be the answer. Anyways shouldn't be speeding but...drivers in this world :') Hope I helped, Contact me for more assistance!
Thank you,
Darian D.
