One specific example is the Miranda Law which states a defendant is innocent until proven guilty, and when formally charged by law enforcement, must immediately state, “You are under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. You have the right to an attorney. If you do not have the right to an attorney, one will be appointed to you...” etc..
