Human creative expression can definitely impact the issues we deal with today. Throughout history, there are many examples of how art and creativity have helped us overcome real issues of society. Literature has allowed us to explore topics such as slavery (<em>Uncle Tom's Cabin</em>) and communism (<em>Animal Farm</em>) and change our opinions about it. Other types of art, such as painting and photography (Andras Bankuti) have also allowed us to explore social and political topics of relevance. It is likely that in the future we will continue to use creative expression in order to inform and persuade others, and in this way encourage social change.
