Explanation:

         The globalization of the human capitals may be defined as the process of spreading out of the employees across the world by the employers to work and achieve exposure. They carry their knowledge, manual skilled labor, beliefs and their experiences along with them.

          As the organizations and firms goes global, they make their presence in the other countries and operates globally. Thus it requires human capital to move from one country to another country in the interest of their work as the organization increases their global operation. hence it is inevitable.
