What it is: Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tired may occur.
How to fix: Remember that it’s okay. Taking deep breaths. Having a comfort toy with you at all times, like a stress ball!
Examples: Panic attacks, excessive worrying, unwanted thoughts
