Parallelograms. Can someone please help
pantera1 [17]

Answer:

QT = 5

Step-by-step explanation:

The diagonals on any parallelogram always bisect each other - cut each other in half. The two diagonals on URTS are RT and US. US cuts RT into two equal segments, RQ and QT, each of which is half of RT. So QT must be half of RT, and since RT = 10, QT = 5.

The sum of two consecutive integers is 59. Write an equation that models this situation and find the values of two integers.
Elza [17]
Set on of the numbers as x. The consecutive integer to it would be x+1 (or x-1, which ever one you like. I'm going to use x+1 though).

The sum would be

x + (x+1)

Set it equal to 59.

x+x+1=59
2x+1=59
2x=58
x=49

One integer is 49. The other integer, x+1, is 50.

Hope this helps!
