First u put 15/60 in fraction form(15over60)u find out the multiple that they have incommon which is 15 you divide your denominator and your numerator by 15 because that was the common multiple.so now u divide,(15 divided by 15=1)then divide(60 dived by 15=4)so now your answer is 1/4.I HOPE THIS HELPS

rewona [7]

Answer:

20c= 30(c-9)

Step-by-step explanation:

The first step in solving a word problem is always to organize the information you have, and put it into equations to solve.

Let c be the cost per student originally.

The cost of the bus has not changed, so the cost/student * the number of students has not changed:

notka56 [123]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

to find the inverse first switch the x and y

y=log(x+3) inverse is x=log(y+3)

then change to exponential form to solve

log_{a} b=c turns toa^{c}=b

a is 10

b is y+3

c is x

10^{x} =y+3  subtract 3 from both sides

10^{x} -3=y

Given: mHL =40°, mEV =130°, mVL =110°. Find: m∠EYH.
IgorC [24]

Answer:

<h2>The measure of angle EYH is 25°.</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

Notice that ray EY is a tangent and ray VY is a secant.

In this case, we use the theorem that states <em>"the angle formed by a tangent and a secant is half of the difference of the intercepted arcs".</em>

In this case, the intercepted arcs are EH  and EV. We know that a whole arc is 360°, so

arc(EH)=360-40-110-130=80

Using the theorem, we have

m\angle EYH=\frac{1}{2}(arc(EV)-arc(EH))=\frac{1}{2}(130-80)=\frac{1}{2}(50)\\   m \angle EYH = 25\°

Therefore, the measure of angle EYH is 25°.
