Sandy found a new job that would pay much more than her current job and, in accordance with company policy, gave her employer tw

o weeks' notice that she would be leaving. Upset she was quitting, her employer terminated Sandy's employment immediately. Sandy cannot start her new job for two weeks. Sandy believes her employer has breached her employment agreement, and she should be paid for the two weeks she is unemployed. Is she right?
