The highest satiety value is achieved when the food remains inside the stomach for a long period and produces the gives the energy for the greatest functional activity. It reduces obesity because some foods fulfill the hunger needs even if taken in small quantities. The food items with high satiety value does not contribute to the gain of weight.

If the calories and relative sizes are similar then snacks with the highest satiety value will be a glass of orange juice. As it will contain fewer calories as compared to other snacks and will not contribute to the weight gain.
