I would say B for the first one. You're not given much information other than the fact that Justin isn't very fond of exercising. High cholesterol  is mainly due to eating fatty foods which this statements says nothing about that. The answer to the second question will most likely be increased ligament mass (assuming he is doing it the correct way). Hope this helps!
