A critical time to replace body fluids is while exercising. This statement is true.

Explanation:

During exercising perspiration is a form of losing body fluids but it can be replaced by electrolytes. Three main electrolytes are sodium, potassium and chloride. Thees electrolytes are found in urine, blood and other body  fluids and they help to regulate the acid alkaline balance.

Body loses sodium electrolytes while sweating when exercising. When electrolytes are low dizziness, nervous breakdown and muscle cramps are experienced.
