one-to-one funciton has that for every input, there is only 1 output, ie, x never repeats with a diffent y example (1,2), (2,2) is a function since x didn't repeat (1,2), (1,3) is not since x repeats with a different y

I got this answer by moving the decimal so there is a non-zero digit to the left of the decimal point. The number of decimal places you move will be the exponent of the 10.
