Answer:

To allow the national government to efficiently run the country.

Explanation:

There are only 17 pages used to write the united states constitution. It is impossible to specifically mentioned every single power and duty of the government officials to run a country within those pages.

So, they created the necessary and proper clause.

The constitution only listed specific duty and power of the government in general term. The necessary and proper clause make it possible for the government to do what it deemed as necessary to execute the duties that mentioned in that limited general term. This allow the government to become more flexible in executing their duty and  allowing national government to efficiently run the country.

What is human environment interaction in djibouti ?
vovikov84 [41]
Human Environment Interaction is the Interaction between the human society and the environment. Djubouti is a very small country, focused on trade, so there is little interaction between humans and environment, except for building and construction (i.e.the way people change their surrounding when they build new buildings and pave roads) - at least as compared to other countries.

Djibouti has some mines, such as for limestone, but comparatively little, and also very little farming due to its dry climate. The little of agricultural products include tomatoes and dates.

Djibouti does however have a considerate number of farm animals

What was the result of the attack on Pearl Harbor?
DaniilM [7]

Answer:

Unified the allies front against the axis

Explanation:

The United States was a key player in the Second world war. As the Japanese forces rallied at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, they took the Americans by surprise. What resulted was a mammoth loss of life totaling around 2300 people. A massive impact on the American navy fleet and chief of all, a huge depletion of the American oil storage. Had the Japanese pressed further, almost all the oil reserves in the tankers held at the harbor would have been destroyed. On this account, the war could have even lasted much more longer.

The attack on the Harbor dealt a huge blow on the American people, it united a divided nation for war. What followed was a deadly response from American. It spurred the nation to go for the war.
