He has 1/3 of a whole chance of getting his way of transportation, we have three ways teleport, ride a dragon, and walk, we put all of our options on the bottom and we pick the amount we need to the top and since we only want one of the three it's 1/3, 3/9, 4/12 or 5/15 and so forth
