The answer is: All of the above

Walking instead of driving would reduce the gas emission that produce by automobiles. Recycing plastic and alumunium  would protect the quality of the soil since these products tend to need a lot of time to be fully degraded.

Clean air act can reduce the pollution since it regulate the responsibilities that  all citizens need to follow to maintain the quality of the environment.
