Answer:

The answer is a cognitive ability test.

Explanation:

A cognitive ability test refers to a test that is used to measure the cognitive function related to an individual in a specific area. This area could be verbal reasoning, spatial awareness, or something related to mathematics.

This test is also utilized by some organizations during the recruitment process as a way to know or predict the aptitude that a candidate could have concerning the position. This test has been criticized because some people consider that it fails in terms of cultural biases.

the process of modeling is most closely associated with a observational learning. b operant conditioning. c spontaneous recovery
cluponka [151]

The process of modeling is most closely associated with focused on classical and operant conditioning, which are forms of associative learning in observational learning.

Learning by imitating other people's behavior is a process known as modeling. Another name for it is observational learning. Humans naturally act as models for one another; for instance, young children use modeling to learn how to tie their shoes and use utensils. A certain type of neuron known as a mirror neuron is involved in modeling learning. The field of application for both classical and operant conditioning is expanded by observational learning. The observation model serves as a bridge between the structural model's prediction and the observation, in contrast to classical and operant conditioning. The observational modeling is a representation of the noise and uncertainty in the measurements as an error model. The Mlxtran model file and/or the Monolix interface both allow for the definition of the observation model.

Answer:

                      IS FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM NECESSARY?

What is a free enterprise system?

This is a system that allows individuals to self-regulate their business and make business decisions with little or no government restriction or intervention. This system is pro-Capitalist.

This system helps promote and encourage healthy competition because one business owner is trying to outdo the other business owner by offering to sell at a cheaper rate or giving discounts for a limited time period to maximize profit.

However, while this sounds good, it has some disadvantages because, in the spirit of competition and pursuit of profit, business owners get tempted to cut corners and even do some unethical or even downright illegal things to make a profit since they are unregulated by the government. A business owner might decide to ignore safety checks for his workers in order to save that cost which could be catastrophic.

Another potential downside of a free enterprise system is the danger of business owners raising prices of goods or services when demand exceeds supply which in turn causes inflation.

In conclusion, while a free enterprise system gives room for competition, I feel it is not absolutely necessary for an individual to make an impact in the business world unless such a man is an honest person who would not change his principles to make a few extra money.
