Answer:Risky Shift Phenomenon

Explanation:

There are decisions that seem easier to take when we are not taking them alone, we may even take a risk in groups that we wouldn't take if we were doing it individually. This occurs because we know that the risk is shared amongst everyone in a group , which decreases individual risk. This is what is called a risky shift.

This means even the most cautious person may loosen up a bit and be willing to take a risk if they are in company of others. Sometimes the Risky Shift may also occur because you don't want to let your friend down or dissapoint them when they suggest something risky.

Sometimes high risk takers may be very influential such that you may find yourself willing to take a risk with them.

anyanavicka [17]

It is not possible for us to help you with the interview section of the question. This has to be done on your own, in person. However, we can still take a look at the first part of the question.

In this question, we are asked to choose an occupation and describe how technology has impacted that job. An example of this would be people who are hotel owners or hotel managers. In the past, people would hear about a hotel, call it, and make reservations. It was very difficult to compare large numbers of hotels. However, nowadays, there are many apps and programs that allow you to look for the best deals in hotels. This allows any person to quickly and easily compare thousands of options, making hotels compete in a much more intense way. Moreover, hotels have also had to compete with companies such as Couchsurfing and Airbnb which offer alternative types of accomodation.
