Answer:

There should be urgent need to prepare for immediate delivery of the baby.

Generally when labour is approaching contractions should be 30 to 45 mints  apart,(latent phase) at this phase labour is far. However, as this  reduces to 45 seconds intervals, with cervix  preparation ,with dilation of 4-8 centimetres called ACTIVE phase, the contraction is very strong ,and  immediate delivery is recommended for the woman .
