To minimize depression and have a healthy lifestyle three ways you could do is one try to ignore negative people and to stay away from people who are going to make you sad. Two you could start a journal and write down all the things you love about yourself to make you happy or three sit down and listen to happy music that makes you feel good instead of sad music that makes you feel sad

Look i have depression so listen to me , avoid and ignore all the people who bother you or try to put you down, do not hang out with people who are fake to you, try to make less friends that you trust, having 1 friend is better than have 20 fake ones. always watch videos that make you happy. try to not watch a lot of sad things, ignore all the hatters and love yourself, get a lot of rest and eat healthy and exercise and the most important thing is be confident and love yourself :)
