Answer:

The options as included in the attachment section are:

A. real numbers B.Cardinality C.element D.Set

The answer is D. Set

Step-by-step explanation:

In mathematics, a set is a group of well-defined objects that share common characteristics as rightly stated in this question. So in a mathematical calculation, the elements or objects collected as a group is called SET. The types of set include empty set, finite set, infinite set, universal set etc.

- Since set represents the whole collection or group, each object, which can be number, letter etc. in the group is an ELEMENT. Likewise, the cardinality of a set refers to the number of elements contained in a particular set.

Does someone know how to do this? Pls I will give u brainliest if u do it
Papessa [141]

Answer: LP=15

Step-by-step explanation:

Ok triangle ΔNPL is congruent to ΔNML because they share side LN so side LN = LN

Angle LNP and LNM are right angles so they are congruent.

Sides PN and MN are marked congruent.

With that information we can use SAS to say those triangles are congruent.

This means that side LP=LM

so 10x-5=7x+1

Now we solve

10x-5=7x+1\\10x-5+5=7x+1+5\\10x=7x+6\\10x-7x=7x-7x+6\\3x=6\\\frac{3x}{3} =\frac{6}{3} \\x=2

Now we can sub in x to solve LP

10(2)-5

20-5

15

What is the length of the altitude of the equilateral triangle below
AVprozaik [17]

Answer

Find out the altitude of the equilateral triangle .

To proof

By using the trignometric identity.

tan\theta = \frac{Perpendicular}{base}

As shown in the diagram

and putting the values of the angles , base and perpendicular

tan 60^{\circ} = \frac{a}{4\sqrt{3}}

tan 60^{\circ} = \sqrt{3}

solving

\sqrt{3} = \frac{a}{4\sqrt{3}}

a = \sqrt{3}\times 4 \sqrt{3}

As

\sqrt{3}\times \sqrt{3} = 3

put in the above

a = 4 × 3

a = 12 units

The  length of the altitude of the equilateral triangle is 12 units .

Option (F) is correct .

Hence proved
