A model of the Eiffel Tower is 41 centimeters tall. If the scale model is 1 cm/24 feet of the real Eiffel Tower, how tall is the
In-s [12.5K]

Data:

Model: 41cm

Scale: 1cm/24feet

To convert the measure of the model to the real Tower you use the scale factor

The scale factor is 24ft/cm

To know the height of the Eiffel Tower you multiply the height in the model for the scale factor:

41\operatorname{cm}\cdot24\frac{ft}{\operatorname{cm}}=984ftThen so, the height of the Eiffel Tower is 984ft
