Offensive action: Skip shot

Defensive action: Spin turn

Explanation:

Ok, I love water polo, and my favorite shot is a skip shot. Even though this might not be as tough of a shot for the goalie, It is still up there. It is a pretty easy shot once you get the hang of it. For a spin turn, that is super, super simple, and you can use it for both an offensive and defensive play.
