Is y=1/3x proportional
Elena L [17]
Well, y=1/3x
If you divide 3x/1 you'll get 3x/1
so that means y=1
then the equation is still y=1/3x because we divide 3/1
so yes it is proportional. :D

Suppose the function P (t) gives the pulse rate of a gymnast at various points in time during 10 sessions. Select an appropriate
ziro4ka [17]

Answer:

C

Step-by-step explanation:

When we talk of domain, we are referring to the values we have on the x axis

By considering the range of values we have on the x-axis, we have the domain we want

We have the gymnast complete the sessions in 95 seconds.

This means that the highest point on the x-axis is 95 seconds

But how do we measure time? we do this in form of integers

So the correct domain will be all

integers between 0 and 95

which can be represented as 0≤x≤95

Perpendicular to the line: -5x+y=-3 going though (3,-3)
zloy xaker [14]
First you have to know what the opposite of 5x (your slope) is. That would be -1/5x. so your new y= is y=-1/5x-3. All you need to do is plug in the (3,-3) into y-y1=m(x-x1) which would end up looking like... y+3=-1/5(x-3). Then to get rid of the fraction you would multiply that whole thing by -5. you'll then get -5y-15=1(x-3) once you distribute that 1 you'll have -5y-15=1x-3... once you solve that your final answer will be..... The perpendicular line that passes through point (3,-3) is y=2/5x-3. Good luck! :)
