Language is an essental means of communicating between different members of a society. This communication allows cooperation, expression of opinion and feelings, and generally informs others of your existence. Without these vital abilities, social interaction and the creation of community would be virtually impossible.
Language is made up of an arbitrary set of symbols that convey meaning. It also contains a set of rules for combining these symbols that can be used to create a variety of unique phrases and sentences. Language is important for multiple reasons: it enables communication, allows understanding of other individuals and their thoughts and beliefs, and it makes transmission of ideas and culture possible.
1. Some challenges that I faced in the pursuit of improved fitness included lack of motivation. When I wanted to work out or be active, it was hard to get started because of the fact that I was tired and unenthusiastic. To help overcome these, I use a reward system to motivate myself.
