Scientific method is an abstract concept that refers to the ways in which questions are asked and the logic and methods used to gain answers.
This approach was first developed by Aristotle, who outlined four fundamental steps:
- Observation
- Experimentation
- Measurement
- interpretation
You can think of scientific method as a way of systematically collecting data in order to improve our understanding of the world around us.

How does the scientific method work?

The scientific method is a process that helps to identify and understand the natural world.
- It starts by proposing a hypothesis, which is an idea or guess about what might be happening in the world.
- Then, you conduct research to test this hypothesis.
- If your research proves that your hypothesis is correct, then you can publish your findings so other people can learn from them.
- If your hypotheses turns out to be incorrect, then you may need to modify or discard it completely.

I am not fully sure that this is correct, but I believe it is yellow journalism. Forgive me if I'm wrong, though.
This is more of a your type of opinion question. For instance, taxes
will bring in more money for the government, right? However, it will
put a bigger hardship on the lower and middle class. For every action
that happens government wise - it has a reaction.
The answer
would all be up to you, personally and if you think it'd be a good
choice or not. Personally, I think raising taxes won't make that much
of a fix - seeing as the United States is in so much debt. However, the
jobs stimulus packages that are out there are doing great creating
jobs.
Use your best judgement!
Answer:
spending matches revenue.
Explanation:
Here are general terms that are usually used by the government in order to show the condition of their budget at the end of each presidential terms:
If the Revenue is greater than spending - Surplus
If the Spending is Greater than Revenue - Deficit
If the Spending is equal to the Revenue - Balanced
In a Balanced condition, the government managed to efficiently use all the funds from the proposed budget to pay for all the programs that they created during the presidential terms.
Ideally, every presidential terms will always aim to either get a Surplus or Balanced Budget at the end of their terms. Deficit condition usually lead to an increase of National's Debt.
