$25 - $10 = $15

Part A: The sweater is $10 off. While, the sale price is $15.

$15 x 10% = $1.5
$15 - $1.50 = $13.50

Part B: Rita will pay $13.50 for the sweatshirt without taxes, but with taxes, she would pay $12.55.
