Math help guys how wouls i work this out
Andrei [34K]

8 > 7 + \frac{x}{6} Subtract 7 from both sides

1 > \frac{x}{6} Multiply both sides by 6

6 > x Flip it around so it's easier to read

x < 6

You can graph your answer by drawing an open circle at the 6 and coloring the line to the left. The circle should be open, because x is less than 6, not less than or equal to. You would color to the left to show that x can be anything less than 6.

Whats1:1/4 plus 2/3/4

The answer would be 4. If you turn it to decimals, which would be 1.25 and 2.75, added together, it would be 4.

Please help me if you are good at math!
iren2701 [21]
Answers:
y = 5(0.05) = 95% rate of decay
f(t) = 95(1.05) = 5% rate of growth
g(t) = 95(0.95) = 5% rate of decay
y = 5(1.95) = 95% rate of growth

Explanations:
y=5(0.05) has a 95% rate of decay because the number 5 is going down by 95%

f(t) = 95(1.05) has a 5% rate of growth because the number 95 is going up by 5%

g(t) = 95(0.95) has a 5% rate of decay because the number 95 is going down by 5%

y = 5(1.95) has a 95% rate of growth because the number 5 is going up by 95%

Hope this helped!
