4 square plus 3 square equals diagonal square.
which is
16 plus 9 equals diagonal square
so
root of 25 equals 5
So we add it all up: 4 plus 3 plus 5 equals 12
So he ran 12 miles altogether.
Then: 12 times 105 equals 1260 calories.
