I have depression, and here’s the problems that comes with depression:
•sleeping too much to not enough
•social isolation
•not being able to keep relationships
•grades drops
•low self confidence
•no energy
•
Approach: if you suspect someone may need a hand, walk up, greet them and identify yourself. Help them out.
