You have been handed a 1892.6g sample of Rion and determine that it has
sweet-ann [11.9K]

Answer:

9.46 g/mL

Explanation:

The density of a substance can be found by using the formula

density = \frac{mass}{volume} \\

From the question

mass = 1892.6 g

volume = 200 mL

We have

density = \frac{1892.6}{200} \\ = 9.463

We have the final answer as

9.46 g/mL

Hope this helps you

A scuba diver that ascends to the surface too quickly can experience decompression sickness, which occurs when nitrogen that dis
Kamila [148]

Answer:

2

Explanation:

The pressure at 34ft is the atmospheric pressure (1 atm) plus 1 atm, because at each 34ft the pressure increase by 1 atm, so it will be 2 atm. Let's assume that the lungs will be at a constant temperature, so, by the ideal gas law:

P1*V1 = P2*V2

Where P is the pressure, V is the volume, 1 is the state at 34 ft under the water, and 2 at the water surface, where P2 = 1atm. Thus:

2*V1 = 1*V2

V2 = 2V1

Thus, the volume will change by a factor of 2, so, the volume will double.

Why should we put a glass on candles for experiments and why should we put candles on sand trays ?
Lina20 [59]

Answer:

1, you should use candles for experiments because, You created an area of low pressure! When the experiment is run you can see tiny bubbles escaping under the glass which shows that the increased air pressure from the heated air as the candle burns. Once the candle runs out of oxygen, the candle burns out and the remaining air inside cools down.

2. you should put candles on sand trays, Pour layers of sand into a glass vase, alternating colors with each layer. For a more interesting look, try uneven layers in various heights. Keep layering sand until you're a few inches from the top of the vase. Place your votive candle in the center of the sand.
