Answer:

1 Samuel 3:11-18 And Jehovah went on to say to Samuel: “Look! I am doing something in Israel which if anyone hears about, both his ears will tingle. On that day I shall carry out toward E′li all that I have said respecting his house, from beginning to end. And you must tell him that I am judging his house to time indefinite for the error that he has known, because his sons are calling down evil upon God, and he has not rebuked them. And that is why I have sworn to the house of E′li that the error of the house of E′li will not be brought to exemption from punishment by sacrifice or by offering to time indefinite.”

And Samuel continued lying down until the morning. Then he opened the doors of Jehovah’s house. And Samuel was afraid to tell E′li of the appearing. But E′li called Samuel and said: “Samuel, my son!” At this he said: “Here I am.” And he went on to say: “What is the word that he has spoken to you? Do not, please, hide it from me. May God do so to you and so may he add to it if you should hide from me a word of all the word that he has spoken to you.” So Samuel told him all the words, and he did not hide anything from him. At that he said: “It is Jehovah. What is good in his eyes let him do.”

What is happening when you shift your attention to something without moving your eyes?
kramer

A top-down process is happening when you shift your attention to something without moving your eyes.

Top-down theories are driven by hypotheses and emphasize the significance of higher mental processes like expectations, beliefs, values, and social influences.

What are top-down and bottom-up processing?

Bottom-up processing starts with the retrieval of sensory data from our surroundings so that perceptions can be built based on the sensory data that is now being input. Top-down processing is the process of interpreting incoming information in light of one's prior experiences, knowledge, and expectations.

Perceptions start with the most general and proceed toward the more detailed top-down processing. Our expectations and prior information have a significant impact on these views. Simply said, your brain uses what it already knows to fill in the gaps and predict what will happen next.

Top-down processing is the process by which we see the world around us and interpret incoming information by using what we already know Gregory, 1970.

Using THREE (3) practical examples from your own cultural background, demonstrate the assertion that culture is dynamic and soci
storchak [24]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The three practical examples from your own cultural background that demonstrate the assertion that culture is dynamic and socially created, are the following.

1.- Family traditions. We value family traditions. The Mother is the most important figure of the family and through the pass of time, although women have been playing a more prominent role in society, women are still considered the pillar of the family institution.

2.- Honoring the ancestors. People show so much respect for the elderly and our ancestors. We believe that they pass knowledge from one generation to the other. And this is something that young people still honors, no matter they think differently. Young people and children are taught to follow this belief system that has adjusted through times, but the core of the teaching still exists.

3.- Rites. Songs and dances. Our folklore is still so alive. Today, our music and dances are not so ceremonial as they used to. We have incorporated modern music, rhythms, and styles to sing about our roots. In the past, we used traditional instruments and chants but today we use electric guitars, keyboards, and modern sounds to keep telling our stories that are shared with other people that do not belong to our culture.

What is a difference between a PAC and a super PAC?
amm1812

Answer:

The correct answer choice to the question: What is a difference between a PAC and a super PAC, would be: PACs can contribute directly to candidates, but super PACs cannot.

Explanation:

PACs are generally known as political action committees and their direct purpose is to become an organization that receives donations and funds from members and supporters and directly play a role in a candidate´s campaign, a ballot, or a lawmaking process. However, PACs were placed under limitations as to how much money they could receive, and the sources of it, specifically corporations and labor unions, because they have direct impact on campaigns. In order to resolve that issue, super PACs, better known as independent-expenditure only committees, can receive unlimited funds from corporations and labor unions, as well as members, but these cannot go to impact a campaign. They can work with those funds in other ways, but not to impact a campaign, a ballot, or a lawmaking process.
