Your answer would be 9216x

Step-by-step explanation:

<em><u>First</u></em><em><u> </u></em>you would want to simplify the first number and doing that would get you get 9

Second you would want to simplify the second number and get 1024

Third you would want to do 9 times 1024 and end up with 9216

At the very end add an X because that variable is still unknown

Answer:

12x^{7}

Step-by-step explanation:

Using the rule of exponents

a^{m} × a^{n} ⇔ a^{(m+n)}

Given

3x² × 4x^{5}

= 3 × x² × 4 × x^{5}

= 3 × 4 × x² × x^{5}

= 12 × x^{(2+5)}

= 12x^{7}

What is the next term of AP : √2, √8, √18, .......?
solmaris [256]

Answer:

\sqrt {32}

Step-by-step explanation:

Next term of the given AP can be obtained by adding common difference (d) in the last term \sqrt {18}

d =  \sqrt{18}  -  \sqrt{8}  = 3 \sqrt{2}  - 2 \sqrt{2}  =  \sqrt{2}  \\ next \: term =  \sqrt{18}  +  \sqrt{2}   \\  = 3 \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{2}  \\  = 4 \sqrt{2}  \\  =  \sqrt{ {4}^{2} \times 2 }  \\  =  \sqrt{16 \times 2}  \\  \huge \red{ \boxed{next \: term =  \sqrt{32} }}

Please help I’m vvv confused
Triss [41]

Equation is y=kx.  We have four chance to figure out k; hopefully they all give the same result

x=9, y=63,  y=kx becomes 63=k(9) so k=63/9=7

x=4, y=28, 28=k(4), k=7

The constant of proportionality is 7; we check  2×7=14, 11×7=77

Answer: k=7,   y=7x

A biologist is researching the population density of antelopes near a watering hole. The biologist counts 32 antelopes within a
Setler [38]

Answer:

=0.3 per km²

Step-by-step explanation:

Population density is the population per uni area.

Area=πr² Where A is area and r is the radius of the circle.

A=3.14×34

=106.76km²

Population density = Population/Area

=32 antelopes/106.76 km²

=0.3 per km²

The population of antelopes within the given radius is 0.3 per km²

Michael paid $10.11 for a pair of jeans. This amount included a tax of 2%. What was the cost before tax?
djverab [1.8K]

Answer: $9.91

Step-by-step explanation: The correct answer is $9.91 for the jeans. This is calculated by divided the total paid ($10.11) by 1.02, which represents the cost of the jeans + the 2% interest. 10.11 / 1.02 = $9.91.

You can then double check you work by calculating the 2% interest rate of the jeans. $9.91 x 2% = $ .20. The total is $9.91 for the jeans plus $ .20 for the tax, for a total of $10.11, which is the amount in the original problem.
