Front walkovers are similar to cartwheels in the way that you're upside down. Manage the basics of a cartwheel first, then go from there.

Answer:

You should have your handstand and backbend down first. A front walkover is basically a handstand where you stand up. So practice doing a handstand and landing in a bridge, and then stand up.

After that, you should try standing up right as soon as one leg hits the ground. The other leg should still be in the air. Think of it as one motion and kick with as much power so it's easier to stand up.

Hope this helps :)
