Answer:

The number of bicycle that store sell each month to break even is 13 bikes .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The operation cost of bicycle store = $2400

The cost of payment by store at average rate = $60 per bike

The average selling price of each bike = s.p = $120 per bike

Let The number of bicycle that store sell each month to break even = n bikes

According to question

The operation cost of bicycle store = (cost of payment by store at average rate + average selling price of each bike ) × number of bicycle that store sell each month to break even

i.e ($60 per bike + $120 per bike) × n bikes = $2400

Or, ($180 per bike) × n bikes = $2400

∴ 180 n = 2400

Or, n = \dfrac{2400}{180}

i.e n = 13.333 ≈ 13

So, The number of bicycle that store sell each month to break even = n = 13 bikes

Hence, The number of bicycle that store sell each month to break even is 13 bikes . Answer

Graph the equation by plotting three
Alecsey [184]

Answer:

The three points for the line -2y = -x + 8 are

point A( x₁ , y₁) ≡ ( 0 ,-4)

point B( x₂ , y₂) ≡ (8 , 0)

point C(x₃ , y₃ ) ≡ (2 , -3)

The Graph is attached below.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

-2y = -x + 8........... equation of a line

Let the points be point A, and point B

To Find:

point A( x₁ , y₁) ≡ ?

point B( x₂ , y₂) ≡ ?

point C(x₃ , y₃ ) ≡ ?

Solution:

For Drawing a graph we require minimum two points but we will have here three points.

For point A( x₁ , y₁)

Put x = 0 in the given equation we get

-2y = -x + 8

-2y = 0 + 8

∴ y=\frac{-8}{2} \\\\y=-4

∴ point A( x₁ , y₁) ≡ ( 0 ,-4)

For point B( x₂ , y₂)

Put y= 0 in the given equation we get

-2 × 0 = -x + 8

x = 8

∴ point B( x₂ , y₂) ≡ (8 , 0)

For point C(x₃ , y₃ )

Put x = 2 in the given equation we get

-2y = -2 + 8

-2y = 6

y = - 3

∴ point C(x₃ , y₃ )≡ (2 , -3)

Therefore,

The three points for the line -2y = -x + 8 are

point A( x₁ , y₁) ≡ ( 0 ,-4) (blue color point on the graph)

point B( x₂ , y₂) ≡ (8 , 0) (green color point on the graph)

point C(x₃ , y₃ ) ≡ (2 , -3) (purple color point on the graph)

The Graph is attached below..

Alenkinab [10]

Now in this scenario, they scored 45 points from three-point baskets. This means they got 15 baskets. Now we can convert this into ratio form and solve using cross multiplication:

5x=15*7

x=21

They had 21 three point tries. Hope this helps :) lmk if you need more help
