During this instruction, there must a total of 3 hours of ethics training. This must be done prior to the license being renewed, if this is not completed, the license will not be renewed.

These license for this type of broker-agent must be renewed every 2 years. If the agent-broker chooses, they can take more instruction courses including seminars and this can be rolled over to the next years training when it is time for the renewal again.
