It would be the same, as it is 60% both times. For example, you add 5 to 0. Its 5. Then if you take away 5, it will be 0 again, the beginning number.

It would go back to the same price because if it jumped up 60% and then back down 60%, since it is the same amount, it would be like you didn't even increase the price, unlike if it jumped 65% and then down 60%.

It is subtracting the current number by 1/2    OR you can divide by 2. each time.

32 / 2= 16
16 / 2=8
8/2=4
