So it is asking if 5d-13 is less than 32. so what you do is look at the < sighn. that sign means that 5d-13 is less than 32 so an easy way to remember that is to think of it like Pac-Man. the less fat and more hungry pacman < will eat the bigger more full pacman> so in this problem it is most likely asking if this is true

The equation of a circle is x^2 + (y - 10)^2 = 16. What is the radius and center?
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

Answer:

Center = (0, -10)

Radius = 4 units

Step-by-step explanation:

x^2 + (y - 10)^2 = 16\\(x-0)^2 + (y - 10)^2 = 4^2\\Equating\: it \: with\: \\(x-h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2\\We\: find:\\-h = 0\implies h = 0\\-k = -10\implies k = 10\\Center = (-h,\:-k) \\Center = (0,\:-10) \\r^2 = 4^2\implies r = 4\\Radius = 4\:units
