I'm not certain of what the options are, but hypertension is when one develops a high-blood pressure while exercising, so something like stretching, walking, swimming, and cycling would be beneficial (or anything low in intensity.)

True, it lets you know what exercises you’ve completed and finished and what foods you’ve been eating to make sure you have enough nutrients.
