The sixth amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trail, the right to a lawyer, the right to impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of charges and evidence against you. <span />
Women's right varied from their social status. Royal women were able to participate in politics and economics. Where as women of low status were housewives, they just had children and cleaned. but in the early periods women respected more than men!
