Well some of the symptoms of clinical depression are loss of interest in things liked before, excessive loss or gain of sleep, always down or angry, appetite may change, energy-loss, concentration issues which may lead to worsened grades. And in some cases thoughts of suicide may occur.

Then the cooldown helps <span>bring the heartrate down to near-normal and to get the blood circulating freely back to the heart. Stopping abruptly could result in fainting or place undue stress on the heart.</span>
