Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

In the past climate change models were not accurate as they mostly understated the problems which resulted in more damages caused due to inaccurate preparations. However due to new technological innovations, there has been availability and improvement in the tools such as satellites.

This has led to an increase in the accuracy of the climate change models and subsequent planning of costal city infrastructures.

What type of pressure means the air around you is densely packed?.
uranmaximum [27]
In the atmosphere, the density of air particles decreases with height, with more gas particles remaining near the surface of Earth. When only taking into account humidity, dry air is more dense than moist air because of molecular weights of the gases.

Describe the principle of MPN for enumerating bacteria from a natural sample.
KengaRu [80]

Answer:

MNP stands for the most probable number which is used for finding out the concentration of viable bacteria in a sample. It is commonly used to check the quality of water and its safety. Usually, the presence of fecal coliform bacteria is checked in this test.

Principle of MNP: The sample which is to be tested is diluted serially and then inoculated into a broth medium containing lactose. If coliforms are present in the tube than it will consume lactose and release acid and gas.

Color change represents acid production and gas trapped in the Durham tube represents the gas production by bacteria. Then the number of tubes at each dilution that showed positive results are compared with standards to determine the most probable number of the bacteria.
