A study routine needs.
A. A set time to study.
B. A set place to study.
Why? because when you have a set time to study it will make it wayyyyyyy easier. A set place will be good because that mean's you more than likely could use a quiet room, or even a Library, the quieter the better.
I dont think this is the place to ask that. I would recommend finding a health forum to ask this on and contacting your doctor. Maybe you have a slight allergy to eggs and your body reacts with a headache. But most of us are probably not drs so we cant give you a solid answer. I do hope you figure it out though!

Sorry babe i don't get your question if your question is "how does the body use food" then your answer is this (when you eat, your body breaks down all of the starches, sugars, fats, etc. from food that you eat, and uses that from the food you just ate for ENERGY so you can stay alive) so long story short your body uses food for ENERGY....but if that wasn't your question then i'm sorry i don't know
