A good formula that I use for triangles is A=bh divides by 2. If you substitute it would be 192=b12 divided by 2. Divide 12 with two or multiply 12 with 1/2(same answer). You divide 192 with 6 because that is the answer of 12 divided by 2. You should get 32. If you multiply 32 with 12 then divide by 2 or multiply 1/2 you should get 192. The answer is 32. I hope that makes sense:)

AB and DE are chords that intersect at point F inside circle C as shown. If the measure of arc EA= 50 degrees and the measure of
defon

Answer:

Part 1) m\angle AFE=55^o

Part 2) m\angle EFB=125^o

Step-by-step explanation:

Part 1) what is the measure of angle AFE

we know that

The measure of the interior angle is the semisum of the arches that comprise it and its opposite.

Note: In this problem the correct measure of arc EA is 40 degrees (see the picture)

so

m\angle AFE=\frac{1}{2}(arc\ EA+arc\ DB)

substitute the given values

m\angle AFE=\frac{1}{2}(40^o+70^o)=55^o

Part 2) what is the measure of angle EFB?

we know that

m\angle AFE+m\angle EFB=180^o ---> by supplementary angles (form a linear pair)

so

substitute the given value

55^o+m\angle EFB=180^o

m\angle EFB=180^o-55^o=125^o

Plz help!! A jar contained 6 red marbles, 10 green marbles, and 8 blue marbles. A marble was selected at random, the color was r
Inessa [10]

Answer:

To calculate the relative frequency, first we need to know what exactly is and how to calculate it.

Relative frequency is the ratio between the absolute frequency (how many repetitions have a specific outcome) and the total outcomes. Also, this type of frequency is used to show the representation that some data have over the whole distribution.

So, in this case, we need to just divide 13, which belongs to red marble's results, to 60 which is the total outcomes, as it's presented:

         13redmarble Fr = -------------------------

       60 totalmarbles

Normally, relative frequency is shown as a percentage multiplying this result by 100. Therefore, 22% is the approximate percentage of the relative frequency, which means that 22% is the representation of red marbles outcomes of the whole distribution, or we can say it as a probability: there's 22% of chances when someone extract a marble, it will be red.
