Answer:

Price of One Bush is $ 23

Explanation:

Suppose

bushes = B

trees = T

According to given condition:

13B + 4T = 487 (Eq: 1)

6B + 2T = 232 (Eq: 2)

Multiplying (Eq: 2) by 2

12B + 4T = 464 (Eq: 3)

Substractign (Eq: 3) from (Eq: 1)

13B + 4T - (12B + 4T) = 487 - 464

13B + 4T - 12B - 4T = 23

B = 23

By putting value of B in (Eq: 1)

(13 x 23) + 4T = 487

299 + 4T = 487

4T = 487 - 299

4T = 188

T = 188 / 4

T = 47

Price of One Bush = B = 23

Frictional unemployment occurs when one is searching for their first job. It also comes about when workers are shifting from one job to another. Frictional unemployment is naturally occurring. It is present even when the economy is considered to be in full employment.

Before a college graduate finds their first job, they will be frictionally unemployed. A worker in between jobs is also frictionally unemployed. During times of economic downturns, frictional unemployment does not increase like other forms of unemployment.

NPV = Sum of discounted cash flows

NPV Project = 0.000

Where

Discounting factor = (1 + discount rate)^(Corresponding period in years)

Discounted Cashflow = Cash flow stream/discounting factor

IRR  = 13.31%

Therefore, The project's IRR is 13.31%

Which of the following is a common risk of using credit to make purchases
DochEvi [55]

Answer:

overspending

Explanation:

Credit purchases encourage one to spend more than they can afford. The fact that the sellers do not demand cash when goods change hands entices people to buy more. In credit purchases, cash is not required, only a commitment to pay later, which leads to overspending.

Overspending increases the probability of defaulting on credit payments. When the debt to income level rises too much, the borrower may be forced to miss some installment payments and cater to basic needs.

Suppose that we observe two comparable properties that have each sold twice within the past four years. Property A sold 24 month
Elina [12.6K]

Answer:

0.475% per month

Explanation:

value of property A 24 months ago = $500,000

current value of property A = $425,000

total decrease in value = $500,000 - $425,000 = $75,000 or 15%

monthly % decrease:

1.15 = (1 + r)²⁴

²⁴√1.15 = (1 + r)

1.0058 = 1 + r

r = 0.00584 = 0.58% decrease per month

value of property B 48 months ago = $575,000

current value of property A = $465,000

total decrease in value = $575,000 - $465,000 = $110,000 or 19.13%

monthly % decrease:

1.1913= (1 + r)⁴⁸

⁴⁸√1.1913 = (1 + r)

1.0037 = 1 + r

r = 0.0037 = 0.37% decrease per month

if both properties are weighted equally, then the market decrease per month = (0.58% x 1/2) + (0.37% x 1/2) = 0.475% per month
