The snow fell 3/4 of an inch every hour. After 12 hours pass, write an equation to represent how many inches of snow has fallen.

After you have written the equation, please solve that equation.

3/4 of an inch every hour multiplied by 12 hours.
But it can also be 12 x 0.75.
Equal to 9. 12 x 0.75 = 9.

Total = 3/4 inch per hour x hours: Total = 3/4h

h = 12 hours:
